We are excited to Announce a new connected application - Smart Sheet.
You are now able to pull in any data from any of your sheets or Reports into your RESULTS.com goals.
You are also able to bring your Smartsheet Sheets and Smartsheet Dashboards directly into RESULTS.com and your RESULTS.com Meetings.
OneDrive is finally here. It has been one of the most requested Integrations from our current clients recently so we are pleased to announce you can bring any of your precious data locked and hidden away within your excel spreadsheet straight into RESULTS.com. Simply authenticate with your OneDrive account and you instantly have access to all your synced Excel sheets, now you can connect any cell or range of cells to a Goal in RESULTS.com. You also have the option to select a date cell or range. With this selected all your, data will be posted to the relevant date, meaning you can bring in historical data and keep it up to date. Now you can share and track just the important information from your excel files to keep your people connected to your company vision and the progress you are making in getting there.
We've also updated our Dropbox and Google Sheets Integrations to support historical backdating, now no matter where your excel files are located you can connect any cell or range of cells to a Goal in RESULTS.com with the option of the date cell or range as well.
Bring your OfficeVibe engagement score directly into RESULTS.com and know exactly how your team feels. You are able to bring in your overall "All Company" score or each team score you measure onto your corresponding teams in RESULTS.com.
With all the new Integrations and improvements to existing Integrations, we have added the ability for you to control who has access to your connected applications. You can share integration with selected users or just exclude certain users. Now you can connect an application like Xero, share your Sales YTD number with everyone in your team without anyone else being able to pull any sensitive data from your Xero account. With the introduction with Integration permission, Team Admins and Users are also able to connect up their own team or personal accounts.
With every API Integration we build, we are limited to the number of calls (times we ask for data) from the Integration. With that in mind, most integrations are set to fetch and update any new data every 3 hours. So if you've just updated your opportunity in Salesforce, closed a deal in Pipedrive or raised a new invoice in Quickbooks, it could be up to 3hrs before it reflects in RESULTS.com. If you are just about into jump in a meeting and can't wait, you can ask the goal to sync now and your data will be updated within minutes.
We are adding a few more options to the existing "Widget" and "List" views for goals. Not only can you choose your preferred view, you can also decide where you see it.
Use Widget for your personal Dashboard, tile view for meetings and Card view in the team's pages. You can change your view anytime you like.
Simple click on the Goal views icon anywhere you see it, the choice is yours.
Single Goal Meeting Agenda Item
You can now run your meeting's agenda on just ONE goal. This makes it easier to run your Strategy Planning sessions or other meetings where you want to have an agenda for a single goal.
To create an agenda with just one goal, go to the meeting settings pane and scroll to the agendas section. Click on the drop-down and select "Single Goal Review" agenda.
Enter a time for the agenda and in the goal search field search for the goal you want to add to the meeting and click Create/Save to update the meeting.
Editing an Integration goals Configuration Settings
We are pleased to announce one of our highly requested integration features from clients, the ability to edit settings for an integration goal. With this new feature, users should be able to edit integration goal KPI settings.
To edit an integration goal, open the goal, click on the gear icon on the top right and select edit. This will take you to the goal's Integration KPI configuration page where you can select the new parameters and click next to go to the goal settings. Here you can make any changes you need and save the goal with the new settings.
Restore a Deleted User
We are pleased to offer the ability to Restore deleted users in the platform. Please note that this feature is available only for Site Admins.
To restore a deleted user, go to the User Management page by clicking on settings and Users and toggle the 'Show Inactive Users' button. This will display all the users in the organization who are inactive like suspended or deleted users. Navigate to the deleted user you want to restore and click on the restore icon on the right, corresponding to the user you want to restore. Now in the right side pane confirm the restore by clicking on 'Restore' at the right bottom. This will restore and will have access to the platform.
Meetings Agenda Drop-down Menu
The drop-down menu for Agenda selection when creating/editing meetings has been updated. The new style dropdown menu displays the agenda logo along with the well-formatted text.
Integration Drop-down Menu
We have stylized the dropdown list for selecting an integration when adding a new Connected Application. The new style displays the application logo along with the text in blue.
We've adjusted the text size on the water cooler so you can view more watercooler messages without having to scroll.
