The parking lot is a best practice meeting agenda item to include in your team meetings to allow everyone post hot agenda items that come up on a weekly basis. These items may not be tied to a KPI or Strategic Project. For example, if not having case studies is a big roadblock for the Sales team, they can add this to the Parking Lot. Another example is if you need to decide on a venue for your holiday party.
To add a Parking Lot item, you would first add the Parking Lot as an agenda item and use the dropdown to select Parking Lot. Parking Lot items will show up on the right-hand side.
