What are comments used for in a meeting?

The comments feature allows attendees of a meeting to come into a Results meeting prior to it taking place to pre-populate items that they need to update the team on. It's the default action when entering notes into a meeting. Pre-populating any comments you have ahead of time is important for a few reasons:

  1. You won't forget about them
  2. Other attendee's of the meeting will come prepared knowing what you're going to cover

TIP: Add a comment in the Company Goal Review agenda item to share what you or your team have achieved in the last week.
