We know how crucial and effective customer relationships are, so that is why we have built a brand new integration with AskNicely to pull your NPS scores into RESULTS. Add the NPS metric to your Dashboard or Teams page to see live updates of your Net Promoter Score, so you can quickly make decisions and be responsive to your customers' needs.

 

We are pleased to announce the addition of new metrics for the QuickBooks integration. Below are the list of new KPI's from QuickBooks:

  • Profit and Loss By Account Type
  • Profit and Loss % Change Previous Period
  • Profit and Loss % Change

You can select Financial Year Parameter for all the above Profit and Loss KPI's
